An independent, non-partisan action tank.
Founded to study the US-Pakistan relationship with the rigor it deserves, and the practical grounding that comes from people who have worked inside the systems they write about.
What We Do
CUPA is an action tank, not only a think tank. Alongside original policy research, it turns findings into actual policy and implementation, working across Track II dialogue and applied field programs spanning security, trade, energy, health, and migration.
How We Work
The Centre does not represent any government, party, or foreign mission. Its research is conducted and published under its own editorial judgment, and its findings are attributed to the Centre rather than to any single funder or partner.
