nuclear. Also MTCR

An informal, non-binding arrangement set up in 1987 by seven industrial countries, including the United States, to limit the spread of missiles and related technology capable of delivering weapons of mass destruction. It has 35 members; India joined in 2016 and Pakistan is not a member. US laws on missile proliferation draw on its guidelines, and the United States has repeatedly sanctioned Pakistani and Chinese entities over Pakistan’s missile programme.12
