A US foreign aid account run by the State Department’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, known as INL. In Pakistan it has funded police training and equipment, border security, counter-narcotics work and justice-sector programmes. It is appropriated in the annual State Department and foreign operations bill.12
