A US State Department foreign aid account that funds programmes against the spread of weapons of mass destruction, export-control and border-security training, anti-terrorism assistance for police and security services, and the clearance of landmines and unexploded ordnance. Pakistan has received NADR-funded anti-terrorism and export-control assistance. It is appropriated in the annual State Department and foreign operations bill.12
