We believe that research on public policy should be available to everyone it concerns: researchers, students, practitioners, journalists and citizens in both countries and beyond.
No barriers to readers or authors
The journal charges no fees to read its articles and, as set out in the article processing charges policy, no fees to submit or publish.
Long-term access
Articles are published on the journal’s website with stable addresses, and the journal will seek long-term preservation arrangements as its archive grows.
